In a coffee-induced haze, I plowed ahead and have submitted three (3!) game proposals to a gaming convention in NJ that runs Oct 1-3. All of them are 7th Sea; none of them are written yet.

Prepare to be guinea pigs. I'll want to play-test these things on 3-6 players as they are ready. I'll give you a heads-up once the first set of notes and characters is done; the regular game will get put on pause. You can look forward to:

A Pair of Star-Cross'd Lovers
Two households, both alike in dignity,
In fair Vodacce, where we lay our scene,
From ancient grudge break to new mutiny...

Romeo and Juliet, only Vodacce, not Italian, and there are giant spiders in the crypt.

So Fair and Foul A Day
Time-travel, whee! That's what happens when your captain ticks off Bea Caligari. The "Tiger" and her crew ends up several hundred years in the Highland Marches's past, in the middle of a bloody succession conflict. Can they make sure history turns out right? (And no, it won't be by having Birnham Wood come to Dunsinae... you know the answer to that riddle already).

Two Gentlemen of Dionna
A simple Explorer's dig, on the surface of it. Expect the usual puzzles, death traps, and ruin monsters to battle. What makes it interesting is the romance, rivalry, and cross-dressing.
