Step Two: Church

After almost a month of callbacks, we finally met with the local priest. Very happy! He didn't blink at our shared address and suggested but did not mandate that we register with the parish. No issues with another priest coming in, either. We have to get our baptismal certificates together and attend an Engaged Encounter weekend, probably in March.
Bridesmaids' gowns are somewhat in the air, with respect to color and cut both. We think we'll have a great trying-on session in March, to see how the prospective colors and styles look with the bridal gown. (Their idea, not mine - the gown is simple, and they don't want to be more formal than the bride. This is why I let my fashion-savvy bridesmaids do their own thing.)
