RIP Rosemary shrub
Dec. 20th, 2005 05:32 pmThe world is cruel to rosemary plants.
This one I had for two years. For most of that time, it lived very happily in a south-facing window in my office. Then they moved me out of the office, and I had to bring the plant home.
Over the summer, it was outside and loved it! It grew and grew and was so happy and healthy!
And then the winter came. I moved it inside.
And it died. They always die inside, in the winter, because I have not lived in a house with a south-facing window since 1999.
Damn it.

Date: 2005-12-20 11:22 pm (UTC)When it comes to freak mystery deaths for no apparant reason, rosemary plants are even worse than pet songbirds, aren't they?
I don't think I've been able to keep a rosemary bush alive yet.
