teleribIt's Cherry Blossom Time in Washington, DC. The national festival continues until April 9. What with the thesis and all, I don't expect to actually haul my sluggish behind down to the Tidal Basin this year to see the blooms.
However, we do have about a half-dozen cherry trees here at work. And they're all in bloom.
It isn't the same as walking under a pink-and-white ceiling of blossoms with the monuments and water right there, but they're still beautiful trees, lovely sweet-scented flowers, and blue sky.
