Christmas News: Snow and Flying Deer

Visiting someone's home, an 18-year-old woman thought she spied a big block of cocaine. She thought she'd hire a hitman to kill the people in the house and steal the cocaine. Except that the cocaine was just some cheese. In a very fortunate turn, the hitman she hired ended up being an undercover cop.

Whitetailed deer are probably protesting holiday images showing flying deer and reindeer, arguing that it leads young deer to attempt to fly.

Tidbits

Aaaaah. I've been going back to the gym the last two weeks, but this was the first time I'd hit the weights since August. I get this happy warm muscle feeling when I do that, like they're pleased to be actually used for something.

Then when I got home? Some guy with an Indian accent (overseas call center?) trying to sell me discount medications over the phone. Dude, I delete that spam on a daily basis already.

In other news, I've stumbled across a few gaming blogs (which I couldn't find the last time I Googled for them). And there's the Forge forums. I don't have the time or the interest to keep abreast of all of that, which to me is a hint that maybe I shouldn't bother with a gaming blog. Not sure... it comes down to whether or not I believe that I have any Interesting Insights into playing or running games that haven't been hashed and rehashed a billion times before; but the only way to really know that is to do the research for the Related Works section of the piece, which means reading all this stuff. Meh... too much like work, IMO.
