Indeed - while I still don't look especially pregnant in clothes (unless I wear a maternity shirt, which automatically makes anyone look pregnant), the belly is definitely starting to get that pregnant look to it. Parenting.com suggested that "innie" bellybuttons may be "outie" at this point - I'm not there yet, but my goodness, I can tell that it is getting there.
