I was actually going to post a rant on the man. You not only beat me, you did it in a funnier manner. darn.

Eh? This was just me utterly unable to correctly parse "vet" as short for "veteran" instead of "veterinarian," which was the first thing that jumped to mind.

I read enough of the article to clarify that point but not much more. He's rant-worthy?
