THERE IS NO "THE SMOOTH." "Smooth" is an adjective. You could "Taste the smoothness," or if you wanted to be kinda stupid in a marketing sort of way, "smoothosity" or "smoothitude." If you're going for the Internet slang, it really needs to be "Taste teh smooth," or, better, "T45t3 t3h sm00th!!!11!" (Replace the t's with 7's for increased incomprehensibility.)
