I just don't understand the appeal of non-dairy creamer. When we moved in together and cayeux started drinking coffee on a fairly regular basis, he was using non-dairy creamer. (He used to drink instant coffee, too, but we won't even talk about that. I assure you that I have reformed him. I don't drink coffee myself, but in this house coffee is made from actual beans, in a French press, thank you very much!) After a little while I realized the ridiculousness of lightening your coffee with something made out of high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated soybean oil when you could have wholesome organic half-and-half for about the same price. We buy good organic coffee lightener now, not endlessly overprocessed bad-for-you crap.
I don't know, but while you're there, you HAVE to eat Lappert's Macadamia Nut Crunch Ice Cream... I really hope Lappert's is still around, because it is hands down the BEST ice cream around!
