From my EZ-Pass "Periodic Replenishment Evaluation":

"Your current replenishment amount does not reflect your actual monthly usage. Over the last three months, your average monthly toll usage was: $16.15.

We recommend that you replenish your account approximately once a month and are therefore adjusting your current toll replenishment amount from $20.00 to $25.00, approximating your average monthly toll usage."
