It's true! Try this simple and fun experiment and see for yourself!
1. Purchase a pair of catfish fillets.
2. Bake at 450F til fish flakes easily with fork.
3. Eat one fillet for dinner.
4. Cut the other in two; save in airtight container.
5. Take two fillet portions to work the next day, forgetting paper plate.
6. Remove one fillet portion from container. Place on container lid (since you forgot the plate) and put in 1350W microwave.
7. Set timer for one minute on high.
8. Watch the catfish explode!
