Wedding Post: Food

teleribWe are one 10' round table away from signing a catering contract. This will certainly be the single largest wedding expense.
We've got a breakfast thing going, with apricot-cheese stuffed french toast, biscuits and sausage gravy, ham, hash browns, fresh OJ, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. And yes! the Chocolate Fountain.
Dedicated partiers may notice the lack of alcohol in the list above. Fear not! Intrepid homebrewing friends are offering beer and wine libations as their wedding gift to us, and let me tell you, it will be excellent. I figure we'll have brunch, then open access to the chocolate and booze as noon rolls around and the dancing starts.
